The Pen and Keyboard Writers invite members and visitors to attend sessions about improving writing. The September meeting will be "Giving Your Character Character." Due to several members attending the Ozark Creative Writers Conference, the October meeting is cancelled, but the November meeting's title is "Putting Your Characters in Their Place: a discussion about setting." December's meeting will be the Christmas party BYOCS (Bring Your Own Christmas Story).
Members will attend several events for the rest of the year, presenting and signing books. October 10-12, Jacque Graham, Dianna Street, and Vivian Zabel will host a table of 4RV books at the Ozark Creative Writers Conference. November 2, Jacque Graham and vehoae will have a booth with books at the Blackwell Craft Fair. November 16, Dianna Street, Jacque Graham, and Vivian Zabel, along with Wayne Harris-Wyrick will be at the 4RV booth at the Luther Pecan Festival. The final event will be Jingle Jam at Piedmont with Pen and Keyboard Writers members Dianna Street, Jodi Brungardt, and vehoae having their books for sale and to be signed.
